This Statement describes how Intelliteach Corporation collects, uses, and discloses certain personally identifiable information that it receives in the United States from the European Union ("EU Personal Data") both on our Web site located at www.intelliteach.com and offline. In particular, Intelliteach recognizes that the European Union has established strict protections regarding the handling of EU Personal Data, and Intelliteach therefore has elected to adhere to the US-EU Safe Harbor Privacy Principles (the "Safe Harbor") with respect to such EU Personal Data that it receives in the United States. Categories of Individual Data Subjects

In general, Intelliteach may obtain EU Personal Data in the United States about several different types of individuals, including (i) website visitors, (ii) clients, and (iii) end users,. Intelliteach's practices with respect to each of these types of individual data subjects are described below.

End Users

Intelliteach provides a wide variety of services and solutions to its business clients (each, a "Client") that facilitate services for their employees ("End Users"). In these cases, personal data collected from End Users is owned by the applicable Client, and Intelliteach processes this data on the Client's behalf. There may be limited instances in which Intelliteach owns and processes personal data collected from End Users on its own behalf, rather than on behalf of a Client. In all instances, Intelliteach will obtain access to EU Personal Data about End Users in the course of operating Web sites, providing contractually obligated services, and providing customer care and other related services. Such data may include, name, billing address, business address, email address, telephone number, , and other information, depending on the particular Client, Web site or other application or service at issue. In all instances, Intelliteach will not share, sell, rent or trade with third parties for promotional purposes any personal data processed by Intelliteach, unless Intelliteach is directed to do so by a Client who owns such personal data.

Clients, Suppliers, and Business Partners

Intelliteach may obtain various types of EU Personal Data about our business clients or their end users. Such data may include contact information (names, business addresses, phone and fax numbers, and email addresses); information about products and services ordered or provided; financial and payment information; user ID, passwords, and information collected through Internet-based activities, and other transaction-related data.

Intelliteach may use these types of EU Personal Data for business purposes, including to deliver or provide services; to establish or maintain client and business relationships; to provide access to Internet-based activities; to perform accounting functions; and to conduct other activities as necessary or appropriate in connection with the servicing and development of the business relationship.

Our business clients or their consumers may contact us if any of their EU Personal Data changes, or if they would like to access and correct EU Personal Data that we maintain about them. If you are an employee of our client please contact your local human resources representative (i.e. the human resources representative of your employer / our client), as that might be the most efficient means of addressing your issues. In any event, such persons can also contact us by sending an email to the Privacy Office, or by using the information at the end of this privacy statement. We will respond to your request to access within 30 days.

Wherever we obtain access to EU Personal Data about Data Subjects or End Users, we are acting as a mere data processor on behalf of our business clients, and we therefore conduct such activities strictly in accordance with their instructions and pursuant to our contractual arrangements with them. If you are a an End User with an existing relationship with one of our Business Clients, you should refer to the Client's website to understand the privacy practices that apply to EU Personal Data that we may maintain about you. Moreover, if you would like to access and review your EU Personal Data, you should contact our Business Client with any such requests. We will cooperate as appropriate with requests from our Business Clients to assist with such responses.

Careers

If you would like to inquire about a job that may be of interest to you, we will collect your name, address, email address, phone number, and allow you to upload your resume. We use this information for the sole purpose of determining if we may have a position that would work best for you.

Contact Us

If you choose to use our contact us form on the Web site we will collect your name, email address and phone number. We use this information for the sole purpose of responding to your request.

Information Sharing

We use other third parties such as the software of a Service Desk Software company to capture client service request data, a hosted Contact Center platform to process and deliver calls, chats, and emails from our clients, a hosted Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software provider to manage sales and client information, and a check processing company in order to process any payments that have come in via check or money orders. When you sign up for our services we will share your name, billing address, credit card information or financial information as necessary for the third party to provide that service.

These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for promotional purposes.

All billing information is collected offline, we take steps to insure the offline security of your payments. Please see our “Data Security and Integrity” section below for how we handle sensitive information collected offline.

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served either on our Web site or to our Company directly.

Intelliteach may disclose EU Personal Data to business partners and subcontractors as necessary in connection with the performance of requested services or solutions, or as otherwise appropriate in connection with a legitimate business need. Intelliteach may also disclose US and EU Personal Data as necessary in connection with the sale or transfer of all or part of the business. In these situations, Intelliteach will require the recipient of the data to protect the data in accordance with the relevant principles in the Safe Harbor, or otherwise take steps to ensure that the EU Personal Data is appropriately protected. Intelliteach may also disclose EU Personal Data where required or permitted by law, or where Intelliteach believes that such disclosures are appropriate in connection with a law enforcement request.

Cookies

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies on this site. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our site.

We use session cookies to make it easier for you to navigate our site. A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser.

Client Testimonials

We post client testimonials on our web site which may contain personally identifiable information. We do obtain the client's consent via email prior to posting the testimonial to post their name along with their testimonial.

Email Communications

When signing up for the service you are automatically opted-in to receiving marketing emails. You may at any time unsubscribe from receiving these types of email communications by following the unsubscribe instructions within each email communication.

Service-related Announcements

We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email.

Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature.

Customer Service

We will communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to manage your account. We will communicate with you by email or telephone, in accordance with your wishes.

Links to Other Sites

If you click on a link to a third party site, you will leave www.intelliteach.com and go to the site you selected. Because we cannot control the activities of third parties, we cannot accept responsibility for any use of your personally identifiable information by such third parties, and we cannot guarantee that they will adhere to the same privacy practices as Intelliteach. We encourage you to review the privacy statements of any other service provider from whom you request services.

Data Security and Integrity

Intelliteach utilizes global hosting centers that store and process EU Personal Data in various locations in the United States. Intelliteach takes reasonable precautions to protect EU Personal Data in these centers and in other locations in the United States from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Intelliteach also makes reasonable efforts to keep EU Personal Data reliable for its intended use, accurate, current, and complete.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personally identifiable information submitted to us on our Web site, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
